Many products are available in stock, but some custom products have a production time.
In the product description, we indicate the correct production time for items that are not ready to ship.
The average production time for most products that are not ready to ship is 10 days, except for dolls, which depend on Deila's schedule and have an average production time of 90 days. However, we ship your product within 3 business days after receiving confirmation of your payment. Each payment method has a confirmation time: Credit card purchases are usually confirmed within a few minutes, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 days. Boleto purchases are confirmed within up to 3 business days after payment. Dolls If you have ordered a doll, let Deila's creativity flow. Suggest new colors and compositions, bring challenges, and trust in the final work. You will have a unique and wonderful product. Customization policy: You can modify colors, textures, and other characteristics of custom products by talking to Deila via WhatsApp.
Exchanges and returns: We do not accept exchanges for custom dolls, as they are made to measure for you. For other products, you can cancel your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided the product is returned in its original condition and with all accessories. Send a message on WhatsApp to +5531-993534225 and an email to [email protected], informing us that you want to cancel the purchase and include your full name, phone number, address, and, if possible, the order code. Order completion period: After placing your order, complete the payment immediately by credit card or by boleto within 3 days. If you need to cancel the order after the 4th day, contact us to clarify your doubts or place a new order. Response time and order updates: We respond on average within 2 business days. We work with the mail and some other carriers, in the Sedex, Pac modalities, and in some cases Mini Shipments or Pac Mini and other similar ones. Payment methods: We accept all credit cards, pix, and boleto in Brazil, as well as other payment methods available for other countries. *Mini Shipments or PAC Mini is the Correos shipping option for small volume products. For its use to be eligible, the package must meet the following parameters: weight of up to 300g; dimensions of up to 24cm (length), 16cm (width), and 4cm (height), maximum value of R$ 99. Tracking is more simplified and has only one delivery attempt, while regular PAC has up to two. After that, the customer must go to a Correos agency within seven days, or the order will be returned to the store.
